Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
We offer the following shipping options:
- Flat Rate Shipping: €8.99 for all orders under €50.
- Free Shipping: Free worldwide shipping on all orders over €50.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method chosen:
- Standard Shipping: 7-21 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery times may vary.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Poseidon Shield is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages: Poseidon Shield is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy: We ship worldwide. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for further information.
What if I’m Not Home? If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions on how to collect your package or reschedule delivery. It is your responsibility to follow these instructions to receive your package.
Order Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, including a tracking number to follow your package. You can track your order through the provided link or directly on our website under the "Track My Order" section.
Missed Deliveries: If you missed the delivery of your package, please follow the instructions left by the carrier to reschedule delivery or pick up your package from a designated location.
Shipping Restrictions: We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for shipping purposes.
